We hired two bouncing castles from Kings Castle Hire for our community event at Gloucester Cricket Club. Our booking was originally from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but due to the Gloucester Marathon happening on the same day, we requested an earlier delivery at 7:30 AM. They kindly agreed without any hesitation. Additionally, we asked if the castles could stay until 6:00 PM instead of the usual 4:00 PM closing time, and they were more than happy to accommodate this at no extra cost. Their flexibility and willingness to support our event made a huge difference. The team was extremely friendly, professional, and supportive throughout. The castles were in great condition and added so much fun to our community gathering. Excellent and professional service. The castle was installed in good time and it's use explained very clearly. The gentleman was extremely polite and professional. When he came to collect the castle, he generously waited whilst the party goers had their final bounce. It was a hugely popular addition to the party and I'm chuffed with the 'stress free' hire. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from Kings Castle again and would highly recommend to anyone.

I booked a bouncy castle and soft play set up for my daughter's 4th birthday. It was easy to book through the website and all was confirmed the week before and day before the party. The lads who we dealt with on the day were brilliant, arrived on time and had everything set up super quick. They answered our questions and made sure everything was okay before they left, and again collection was on time and very efficient. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using again for any future party needs.

We used Kings Castle Hire for our football presentation funday. From point of contact through to agreeing what we want, communication was spot on. Agreed a time for the goods to be delivered and the team turned up positioned everything where we required it, ran through the use of the generators and left us to have fun. Absolutely first class company to deal with. Alex and his Team stepped in to help us at incredibly short notice when we were let down by another company for our Mountain Bike event in Kingswood near Wotton-under-Edge.
They showed up with two great inflatables which the kids and grown-ups loved equally!

We hired the Igloo Dome Party Tent to give extra outside space for our party and it was exactly what we wanted and hoped for. The set up and take down was managed professionally and unobtrusively and the staff were personable and explained things well. Only issue was that the white dome had significant mud marks from the previous hire from being deflated on wet grass, though these rubbed off with a mop and were unnoticeable when in party mode. Would use again in an instant!

We hired the Farmyard Inflatable Play Park for my daughter's birthday party. It was a total success. The children aged between 2-12 years absolutely loved it. Delivery and pick up was exactly on time, and it took what seemed like just a few minutes to inflate and take down which was great so it didn't eat into our hall hire time. I’m so happy I chose kings castle hire for my 3 year olds birthday party. Communicating with them was easy, they had a great selection of products and the bouncy castle we chose matched our paw patrol theme. My little one and his friends loved the cars. I would highly recommend this professional company when booking a bouncy castle. I was able to book a bouncy castle package with 4 days' notice. This was due to another company based in Gloucestershire with a very similar name to this letting us down. Fantastic company! We had a Disco Dome which was brilliant fun for all ages - with flashing disco lights and music. During the day we had Paw Patrol playing much to the delight of the little ones. We kept the dome overnight for the adults to have fun on...
Kings pegged down the castle and set everything up safely for us and showed us how to connect the phone to the loud speaker so we were up and running within 10 minutes.

Order an LOL castle for a 7th birthday party, was unsure if it would fit my garden but someone came out within a few days of the initial call and measured my garden for me at no cost! Had a phone call the day before to confirm all the details which was great! The castle was delivered early which worked out brilliant for us, the staff were quick and friendly with both delivery and collection and were very cautious when having to bring the equipment through the house.
